Loved the remote when it worked properly. But two things: 1) brand new alkaline batteries and the remote buttons don't work unless they are pressed over and over again for 30 seconds, then 30 seconds later they will flash and actually let you use the buttons. 2) when syncing with the app, it connects but the step after it will say "Login has expired" and won't let you get further into the app. This remote I bought brand new a couple years back and it has been well taken care of.

App is pure trash. Don't even bother downloading it. The only working feature is the find my remote. If you leave the app running your phone will pop up error messages every 30 seconds or so. I also got it for 5 dollars on clearance. I'm hoping it is worth the effort of using codes. But using the app it isn't even worth 5 dollars. This is obviously abandoned so if you want a smart remote, don't get this one. Guess I'll go program codes in manually.

I haven't tried any of the other features besides the find my remote option and it's a total life saver between two children and a forgetful brain. Definitely recommend installing and programming your remote in case you lose it. Gives out a decently loud beeping and makes it easy too dig out of the couch lol

This app is pure garbage. Nothing seems to work correctly. The website is a pain to use too but it's at least useable. At least the remote is decent.

Great remote. Terrible app. Like most people, I got this FATASTIC remote for $5 on clearance at Walmart. It feels premium and works great. I love the feature that allows me to control my TV, sound bar and apple tv without switching inputs. This app is supposed to give you an easy way to load codes to the remote. This feature does not work. There is also a "find remote" feature that works well though. Long story short, buy the remote, program it with the included code list, skip the app.

Like another said worked good with an older phone. Won't connect to my s9. Can't get it to do anything!! Gotta find how to manually program. Only way remote will work.
