Placed an order (vegetables) at 9.11am, waited for more than two hours for confirmation of the order only to get a message that my order has been deleted by the manager. Now maybe you are under staffed but still my query is that could you not atleast keep the order in queue and deliver it later.

I had order through this app in Andhra.. I paid amount through online and it was actually in the 249₹ but through online transaction I had to pay a total of₹257 and then the delivery boy came and he told something and all and also asked to pay for delivery which is 30₹ extra...Later he called and told it's 60₹rs delivery.. How the heck this delivery charge change so much... It's too much money... And this will be my last time ordering from this app.. Am so disappointed wished zomato/swiggy here.
