The Medical Surveys App supports and facilitates the creation and actual performance of clinical surveys in clinical trials, research, Quality Assurance, Performance Assessment, Multisource Feedback etc.

Create your Surveys within the App, design your studied groups, link with collaborators to improve data flows, connect to your Respondents, evaluate their Responses in real time etc etc - your personal research and audit tool makes data collection efficient and attractive. Be a Researcher, or your own Quality Controller, just follow up interesting cases, manage parts of your CPD portfolio or give your patients/colleagues a feedback platform.

Provide instant web-access to procedure-specific questionnaires to your respondents over https://www.medical-surveys.com. Using a unique procedure ID and PW allows for Responses to be submitted without holding an Account with Medical Surveys.

MedicalSurveys does not collect, use or store any direct personal data of patients. MedicalSurveys will randomly assign unique IDs and Passwords to all surveyed procedures. These are used to collect, store and organise the data in Surveys. Outside of the survey environment, the actual surveyed persons cannot be identified on the basis of those details. The Survey Owner (Principle Investigator) is solely responsible for the off-site/off-line safe record keeping of IDs, PWs and personal data. No access to Medical History, patient data or procedure details can be obtained without explicit permission granted by the Survey Owner for which the Owner is responsible.
