The app never seems to update instantly. I have clipped coupons while shopping only for them to not register at check out. Even the points total doesn't update immediately after shopping and paying like every other reward app does. Still love the store, but the app is garbage.

Glitchy. Redirects. No coupons ever. Tried for 2 years. No response from developer. Employees at the store have no idea what to do how to get app to work. Uninstalled. SA20; Crown Point; Boost for feedback. Please fix.

App is jacked up! Hard to download. Have to stroll through pages to find desired items. Layout is dysfunctional. Points expire without warning. Need I say more??

I registered from my home computer and then attempted to login with the same error message as others (wrong email). I believe that the registration screen drops a character from the email field when you submit your info and that is why so many people have had difficulties. I had to call corporate to fix this. I installed the app on my phone and did experience some issues (blank screen, lags, etc ...) but that seems to have improved. BUT, the problem I've had is not with the app but in coupons/points not being rewarded. On 2 occasions coupons I clipped did not get applied. Another time my receipt showed I earned points but the points were not added to my balance. SVT did take care of me when I alerted them to these errors. I'm wondering how long it will take them before they abandon this program.

I tried loading this app. It never did. I couldn't get into it at all. Checking the troubleshooting page it says there is a lag time with Samsung galaxy phones. So I waited. Nothing. Uninstalled and reinstalled, no better. I read the reviews and it seems that there are multiple problems with the app. The site admin needs to debug it. Stracks is our primary store and we use multiple locations. It would nice to have such a tool available when shopping.

If the points didn't expire I would rate higher! The most points I've ever accumulated was 600-not even enough to get a free gallon of milk. My next shopping trip 2 weeks later and more than half my points were gone! And you have 8 pages of coupons to look through and no way to sort them by category like produce, frozen, drink, etc. The only reason I still have this app is just to see the sales before going to the store.
