This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing WITF on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. End of June 2019 and this app still does not work. you get the first buffer dump of a few seconds, and then it just quits

WITF won't even try to help. Not usual quality service provided by W. 062020:. WITF HAS tried to help, but not much better.

I just opened the app and the view did not adapt to the screen on my phone. The app image is oversized. It looks really odd. I returned to try it again. It still will not adapt in size to my smartphone. It crashed within 5 seconds. Uninstalled it and reinstalled it. The app still does not work.

Radio recently started cutting out after a few seconds. Happens all the time now, so useless.

It plays fine except when transitioning from a WiFi network to LTE. Screen scaling is off with my Pixel 2 XL. It's zoomed in and I have to scroll around to use the app.

The app provides On-Demand content of all your favorite TV and radio shows, live streaming WITF radio and WITF PBS, and easy access to the live Radio and TV program schedules plus the ability to explore additional content!

Live Streaming
