I've had this app for a couple of years. Always was helpful and informative and fairly user friendly. Recently though, the ads have absolutely hijacked the app. Nothing loads in a timely manner, it freezes, crashes, locks up. Then when it does load, it isn't the page you wanted anyway! Just more ads. I understand that ads are important, but they can't take everything over.

I used to be able to easily get weather and radar maps. Now there are two titles for weather. One directs me to the app store to download the weather app and the other one gives no weather at all. I don't want a separate app for news and weather. I was always able to get everything in one place. Now I'm better off just visiting the website and forgetting the app. At least the website still gives me what I want all in one place.

Very frustrating app. Between the near constant ad pop ups to the poor navigation I'd rather get sucked up by the tornado that I was trying to avoid by using the app. Why do you need ads on the weather screen? If I'm there it's not because I'm killing time. Why not have a separate live stream for weather, you know without ads.

This app is pretty disappointing, a lot of type-o's in the articles. Also, other options they have besides the local news doesn't ever seem to work right. It seems their app is treated as a side project with no one monitoring it. I had this app for a while trying to be loyal. On to the next local news app...

...so NOW...Everytime you read a news article and go back to keep scrolling, it totally logs you back in and you start from the top again. FOR SURE this is to show the businesses that pay for ads that there is a HUGE number of people looking at the page when really its the same people forced to do so numerous times. VERY annoying.
