Subscription doesn't work and no response from customer support! After the free trial, I clicked on subscribed and made payment via credit card. But the App kept saying there is problem verifying my account and hence refused to let me download the books. I tried on both my Android phone and iPad. I ended up paying twice but it just doesn't work on both devices, even after re-installing the App. I ended up paying twice without a working App. Wrote to customer service three days ago but no reply.

I had to wipe my tablet which had the older version of the me book app. Now that I have tried to reinstall it, I have found that only the new one is available. I had spent quite a lot of money on buying books in the old version and can't say that I'm happy about losing them. Is there any way to reinstall the older version?

All fine about a week ago. But I discovered a new prob. Apparently uninstalling on other devices is not good enough, need to 'log-out' of the said devices. Problem arose when I reset my iPad over the weekend and reinstalled the app, the app assumes I'm utilizing my login email on a 'new' device, without prior logging-out of the Same iPad that I've just formatted. Cheers.

Downloaded some books using mobile data as suggested. Then suddenly got logged out while reading a book. Log in again and the downloaded books all disappaeared! And could't download again, the status is just 'waiting' even with mobile data.

Installed both android and apple app but i couldnt create an account at all. Always stuck at filling in email and password, clicking to 'create' will bring me to "Server error, pkease try again". Its been days.

I have subscribed for 3month. It worked initially. However it stopped to work after few weeks. The app somehow detects false subscription expiry date and resubsciption is prompted. The developer support was contacted via email address published here and developer website. But it seems no one is taking care the support for users at all. No reply. No feedback. No answer. Very disappointed the level of support happened to me...
