I used to love this app, not sure what happened but ever since I updated it months ago I haven't been able to us the scan ticket option. It will let me scan the ticket but then just sits there with the 3 dots. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times and still have the same issue.

I don't know what instructions you people used to create your scanner but you messed up. It literally takes less time to drive the 15 mins to the gas station, wait in line, and have the cashier scan the stupid tickets than it does to keep repeatedly trying to scan them with your retarded app that doesn't work. Worthless.

I downloaded this too check scratch off tickets and it works till you go to scan a 3rd one then it always just spins and never says if it's a winner or not. You have to completely close out of the app and try it again. Also there is no where on this app for you to enter your holiday scratch offs that were losers for the promotion.

Useless! The only reason I downloaded the app was to check tickets and the only thing that doesn't work on the app now is getting scanned results. Unreliable and definitely not trustworthy.

Scan Tickets Subpar. This app used to work flawlessly but now the last few months tickets cannot be scanned for results. On few occasions it will work but not regularly and the subpar performance causes more frustrations than not.
