So far so good. Just open app to see my balances, history, pharmacy provider and their products. OTC is a great saving tool for Us. However needs to be FIX fee charges and prices. Some Rx are higher than expected resulting less amount to apply. Ty

The worst idea MCS could have had. There is a lot of older people that use this, they are now forcing them to use the app to be able to use the OTC money. Probably because most of them wont be able to use it, since they are not are knowledgeable in technology and that way they can keep the money. Whenever I add something to the cart it would reset my search and I would have to start all over again on that category. They denied the coverage on probiotics and would say that this app would have it and I did not found an alternative for my mom on the app either. What happen when you request something to a pharmacy that does may not have it in stock? Do we loose the money? I helped my mom used this and we know for sure we will look for another insurance next year at then end of the they they offer more money

Horrible !!! If I could give it "0" I would. I installed and uninstall 4 times and can't get it to finish, stops at 98%. If it install, can't get it to open. If this is made to make it easier, surprise not happen.
