ডাউনলোড করে অফলাইনে পড়ার সুযোগ থাকলে কাজে লাগতো। ইন্টারনেট কানেকশনই যদি দরকার হবে, তাহলে আর এপ ডাউনলোড করার দরকার কী। তথ্য কমিশনের ওয়েবসাইট ভিজিট করে ওখান থেকেই তো সব দেখা যায়।
