Painful to use, slow and took 6 attempts to pay as the app kept freezing and wiping our order

Excellent all round, from the moment we arrived on the 24th October, table 7. We were very well taken care of with a prompt and efficient service plus a great meal we had too. I would definitely recommend O'neils Solihull to all my friends as it is nicely set out with big screens for all the sports. We had an enjoyable evening. See you soon.

It's too data hungry so everything takes forever to load - basics first please! Once you're in the "order at table" function if a notification pops up and you click you lose your place and have to start again from the home page and tell it what city you're in. I think it also initially didn't prompt me to sign in, it just gave me an empty app. I played with it for 10 mins then went to speak to the barman instead... luckily I didn't lose my table this time.

It's the same as the greene King app, but with ordering included. Ordering takes place in one of those AWFUL built in web browsers. It doesn't save your location, you can't see previous orders, and not all drinks are available. Basically, get your free drink, and uninstall.

Tried this app before, and it's still rubbish! Before I could finish telling the staff I'd tried it, they said "yep, it's cr*p". Developers need to visit their rivals (...spoons) and see how it's done properly. In there I can complete my order and have my pint brought to me within 3 mins of sitting down, and that's a regular thing too.

great that they have got an app, but it does not work properly it's very slow and on the home page all I can see is brick wall, there is something on the page as I tap the brick wall a white square will appear and I get redirected to another page but I don't know what I am tapping on. i have a Samsung S8 please fix this for Android users.
