Terrible. If you have a digital subscription - and ID and password - you should be able to log on. Like any app! Instead you have to enter your account number - which I can't find. Why? Every other app in existence users ID and password. Also, they seen to have a way to log in with email but it won't recognize your email. This app is very amateur.

Regret buying FastCompany subscription. The app simply doesn't work. The app crashes within first 3 pages of their digital magazine on Android Pixel 7.

The Fastcompany app is without function. After installation on my Android (Pixel 4a), the app will only show a black screen with an airplane symbol at the bottom. There is no way to access the Settings or anything else. I also tried to un- and re-install the app several times, nothing. Catastrophic! Not recommended!

Terrible. I paid a subscription but you can't log in mostly, and if you can log in, you are not able to do any downloading of the pdf files. Very very frustrating experience. Even now, days after I subscribed to the mag and wrote to FC, no helpful assistance is rendered. So, beware of paying for this. This reflects very badly on the tech dept of the company.

All I see when I open the app is a black screen with a white banner at the bottom that has an icon of an airplane. Oneplus 9. I have tried clearing the cache, clearing app storage, and re-installing the app but the problem persists.

As a paying subscriber, I'm not finding it easy to read the magazine through the app. I don't have a full view of the page for one. There's quite a few other things that aren't good for the user experience. I do like the access to videos and podcasts
