After multiple attempts over a couple of months, I still cannot link this app to my subscription. Customer service is pleasant but sadly they're troubleshooting a product that does not work like it should.

I was able to login with my subscription. The app is not very good in my opinion. Opening an article just opens it like in a browser, but still in the app. The borders on the top and bottom, as well a banner ad on the bottom, take up too much screen space. I'd rather just use Firefox.

This has been an extremely frustrating experience. I've had to login about 100 times to what seems like 3 different entities. And it still says I have one minute for free. Come on TM, I expected much better from you. Good grief.

new issue does not load automatically. every single time, you have to uninstall the app and reinstall. this is the only way to get the new issue. every single time. what's worse is this is the formal solution offered by the customer service!!! they were nice though.

Same experience as many others- unable to access my PAID subscription thus unable to use the app. Reported this issue twice, no response, no fix. Don't waste your time, money or space downloading this mess. FAQ section only addresses iOS/Apple subscribers so apparently Android users aren't worth their time or attention.

No customer service. Required to agree to privacy intrusion to get to subscription. And the moment can't log in, can't reset password, and can't get help. As a Texas expat, I actually miss the ads.
