previously the services were excellent. I used it several times. recently it's getting worst. my booking pending without confirmation. called many times but nobody pickup. my message also no reply. at least someone from the company to respond by saying either it is under maintenance or the service closed already. uninstalled.

ask a question also not reply... bad apps...(2days already) I checked again today and saw message still not yet reply (feb until nov) Bad app... Don't want to reply why u provide chatting app...i guess i will uninstall this app... Give u guys so many months also not improve... I give up on u..

Useless app, can't do inquiry as keypad doesn't pop up. App keep requesting to changed my phone number which I have already changed several dozen times in 5mins. Regards from fellow Grab driver.

It's my 4th time Service with Maxx N Go, 2nd service I was recommended to use Maxx Nano Semi Synthetic Oil and yes I'm very satisfied with the performance of my car. Further more I have no issue and headache as I have ample time to book in advance for Car Service anytime anywhere! Hence, the professional technician assigned was very pleasant, prompt to answer every question asked related as well detailed explanations regards. 5 Star excellency and looking forward for upcoming services to come!

No option for mineral engine oil 3L (for perodua viva 850 etc). But the idea of this apps is awesome. Just need to improve a bit especially on the product variety.
