Can I use this apps for free if I have the license of Poweramp main audio player?

It doesn't work with YouTube and other video players apps. Wish all audio can go through this EQ so I can watch music videos with this EQ. When I play music videos on my phone's video player it doesn't support it and also YouTube. 🙁
