Although the app is super good in terms of concept, it is buggy. Even trying to login is a big pain!!

What?! This BARELY work, it takes ages to have it open... It is not my device which has a problem. There are ALOT of reviews talking about this problem. Here are reasons of why I gave a 1 star review - 1. Slow when it needs to open -3 stars 2. Most of the times when I want to go to the next question, the app freezes. - 0.5 star 3. It lags when I scroll down. -0.5 stars

I don't know why people are giving this app such a low rating, it is a free to use app, so the fact that it's slow isn't really that bad. It teaches you maths in a more enjoyable way than some other apps, overall it's great for learning to do maths. It can be used on multiple devices, such as laptops, iPads, tablets, and even phones. (Rating from my younger brother)

Last term this app worked without any issues, now it takes forever to load, then when it finally loads it doesn't get past fetching assets. The only way my child can currently do her homework is through a web browser which is frustrating as you continuously have to zoom out to be able to see the whole task. Please fix this app to what it was! Homework time is hard enough to get done, let alone having to deal with issues like these!

From excellent to poor and unusable in just over a year. Been using this since early last year and I upgraded my tablet to ensure it was working. All was working great until a few weeks back and now it won't load, stuck on a blue screen, won't move from the login page. Absolutely love this app but it needs fixing ASAP please!

Great when it works, however often has issues loging in, or the keyboard for the tablet comes up and covers the question. Someday we can log in via website but can't via app and vice versa so I know it's not the login/password details. Then it often boots us out during a session. No issue with internet as other devices are still able to run other programs at same time with no issues and we can switch to other apps and websites on same device and have no connectivity issues
