Useless as a free app. Way to expensive for what is worth. The minimum you expect, for a dating app. For example: send and receive msg. Is totally absent. Wanna check if match with someone? Well you are out of luck. Pay. [And no, I don't going to send you e-mails for feedback, that you will never act upon.] |Pre-edit| This a place for actual experiences of customers, not a place to copy paste, the blandest responses ever; like this is Yahoo answers on 2013 |Edit| No It's not fine, I couldn't care less how you sustain your company. It's not my job, but, better deals with targeted advertisers it's the way to go, if you even care. I actually went of my way, install the app again, just to be sure if what I said was accurate. To ended up finding out that my account was suspended, just for being critical, mean I suppose. Very childish of you if I may add. Avoid Match Group Latinoamerica like the plague. They could not care less about you.

"Must have" preferences doesn't actually show people that meet those preferences, it only tells others. The subscription page asks you to input your password after you log in (With your password) providing no kind of safety, rather an annoying extra step (Whoever has my password can login and input it again). Deleting your account is extremely difficult. The application is just an eyesore. People can upload fake photos and get approved. Didn't keep it on my phone for more than an hour.

I've paid for a premium experience, sent a LOT o messages, wait for a response and got none. Then find out an ad for another payment so the girls can reply me back. Looks a lot like microtransactions. Don't pay for premium unless you want to pay even more and more! UPDATE: According to their response I need to contact the girls online "only". I did to no avail. Why then why they need to advertise (and I quote) "Send with confidence! Guarantee they can reply" in the middle of the messages?

I paid for premium membership .. no worth it. 1Filter your preference and there are like 50 profiles after that they send you trash... I mean people to keep you busy looking different preference at your. 2 If you find someone I sent a message Match don't let that they reply until pay the subscription so you need to have very lucky to find someone match with the person and hope them already have a subscription.... the chance to get a relationship is almost cero. No prorated refound!!!!!

Not worth it. The free version is pretty much useless and the paid is really expensive to get a bare minimum. You end up paying a lot just to be able to message with users. Really confusing to use. OkCupid is a much better alternative.

Awful app. By far the worse app out there. They try to coerce you to pay to see messages without even knowing who matched up or who is messaging you. It's a downright ridiculous system.
