Worst app ever. Don't expect any professionalism from this guys. All the updates showing in the app after placing the order were not accurate. I placed an order at 4 pm and got a delivery slot between 5 - 9 pm. Well, I accepted. But when I checked the order status, it was inaccurate and tried to call their customer service with no response at all. Awaited till 9 pm and I didn't receive the order. Hence I cancelled the order and went for Instashop. They delivered all the items as promised on time

They display offers and you add other items as well then they don't deliver you the offered items saying it's out of stock, innovative way to trick customers. Initially there service was good but these days got worst. They won't deliver all items be 100% sure.

I used to order monthly grocery through matajar by nesto.until March month all items was delivery within time from nesto.After the update I placed my order in matajar on 12th April and got delivery by 13th..but it was from afrah al dar supermarket instead of nesto supermarket and many items was missing and some items quantity was different and price of items in app and bill was different.so don't buy things using this app thinking it's from nesto supermarket.
