Rubbish App. Like a lot of other users comments, unable to login at all and some of the other reviews go back as far as 2018 and still no one has thought of updating it. Very poor!!!!

Sign in attempts fail and exit the app. Upon trying to access, 'my account?'. Not impressed, however. The company itself is so far, very helpful and supportive.

Unfortunately it's unresponsive I have tried to log in to my account and it is not working every time I try to log in it says it is unresponsive now I am able login to my account sort it out

Coming soon? The advert with the new cards states available to download later this year. I'm assuming there will be a new app 'Virtual Membership Card' or this one will be updated, since the last update was in March.

we pay into the union ,yet the app don't work properly has can't login has a member ,get a grip unite & fix this app ,with regular bug fix updates, you are letting your members down ,sort this out now please ,thank you p.s the union app developers should constantly view the reviews on the app & act accordingly & helps it 's contributing members & e.t.c for e.g out & have regular app updates, bug fixes e.t.c
