Shayx Muhammad Sodiq Muhammad Yusuf ibn Muhammad Ali (1952-2015) Oʻrta Osiyo va Qozogʻiston musulmonlari diniy boshqarmasining muftiysi (1989-1993). Islom ulamolari millatlararo ittifoqining aʼzosi.

1952-yil 15-aprelda Andijon viloyati Buloqboshi tumani qishlogʻida tugʻilgan.
1970-yilda Buxorodagi Mir Arab madrasasiga oʻqishga qabul qilindi. Keyinchalik Toshkent islom institutida tahsil olib, 1975-yilda tamomladi.
1976-yilda Liviyadagi Islom universitetiga qabul qilindi va 1980-yilda tamomladi.
1980-1986 yillarda Oʻrta Osiyo va Qozogʻiston musulmonlari diniy boshqarmasi xalqaro aloqalar boʻlimi xodimi va Toshkent islom instituti oʻqituvchisi boʻlgan.
1986-1989 yillarda Toshkent islom instituti rektori.
1989-1993 yillarda Oʻrta Osiyo va Qozogʻiston musulmonlari diniy boshqarmasi raisi, Oliy Sovet deputati.
1993-2001 yillarda Liviyadagi Islom universiteti oʻqituvchisi.
2001-2015 yillarda Oʻzbekiston musulmonlari idorasi ulamolar kengashi aʼzosi.
2015-yil 10-mart kuni yurak infarktidan vafot etdi.

Shayxni kuzatish marosimi Toshkent shahrining Koʻkcha dahasi Shayx Zayniddin jomeʼ masjidida oʻtkazildi. Janoza marosimiga Oʻzbekistonning turli viloyatlari va boshqa mamlakatlardan tashrif qilgan taxminan 250000 kishi ishtirok etgan.
Koreya Respublikasining Kojedo shahrida uning nomiga masjid qurilgan.
Checheniston poytaxti Grozniydagi ko'chalardan biriga uning nomi berilgan
Qozogʻistonning Chimkent shahrida uning nomiga masjid qurilgan.
