About this app

NOTE: The application does not allow you to watch movies, but provides you with a recommendation based on which you can decide what to watch.

How many times have you gathered with your friends to watch a movie, but you don't know which one? The "What2Watch" app allows you to find the right movie for the right moment.

With this app you can keep track of what are the currently popular movies, what will be in theaters soon, popular movies on Netflix, HBO Go, Amazon Prime and other providers, top rated movies and much more.

With the help of app, you can find a movie based on genre, rating or year. For example, if you want to watch a good thriller with a rating over 7.5, the application gives you thriller suggestions that are over the given rating, you can also include the year of release of the movie.

You can also get a movie recommendation based on a specific theme. Such as movies with snow, alien invasions, movies with superheroes, movies with dogs and many others...

When you find the desired movie, you can view basic information about it, such as: movie's title, release year, genre, IMDb rating, youtube trailer, main actors and a short description of the film's plot.
You can also send the selected film to friends, add it to the list of watched films (based on this list, statistics are made, where you can see which genre you watch most often), as well as add it to the watch list later.

Also, the application has a search, so you can find your favorite movies by their names.
