Phone detects AC-BT24, once paired, app still doesn't detect. I do get a prompt to connect to a Bluetooth device, but the AC-BT24 isn't in the list, just my Bose speaker. I've tried this on a Tab S3, S10+, S20+, and a iPad Air WITH THE SAME EXACT RESULTS. I'm so disappointed right now. NOT what I expect from AudioControl, let alone a $1200 amp and a $150 bluetooth device. I don't have a laptop, now I need to find someone that does or buy one and return the AC-BT24. GAH!

So Im updating my review from 5 stars to 1 and for a good reason. The support on any Audio Control DSP product that uses this app is horrible. They dont update it. I waited patiently for months for an update so i could use the app on my new phone...yup nothing. While the amplifiers are great, they are not worth it without an easy interface to tune them. I pulled them out of the car and have them for sale and am gonna buy a different brand. I kind of feel ripped off for $2000 I paid for the amps.

When you update the app and the update makes it impossible to connect with your equipment with a device that is meant to be messed with you ruin the user experience. Currently looking for a different DSP.

Absolute garbage. Running a DM-810 it won't hold settings. It's a pos app to use and the software in the DM-810 is junk. I will be posting a YouTube video of all the problems with this setup so you can judge for yourself . If you are running high end audio components do not buy a DM-810 you will be risking sending the wrong signal to your speakers as it won't store custom settings. The DM-810 is not a sound processor its only a crossover at best .

Number 1 thing to change- no page scrolling. Trying to adjust the equalizer is INFURIATING!I I try to adjust the slider and page scrolls or vice versa. Looks and works exactly like the windows version. The problem is, on a big phone or small tablet, some of the buttons are hard to hit. I get they were trying keep it uniform with windows and the graphics look great, but I would rather scroll a couple pages and have bigger fonts than have everything tiny on one screen and hard to press.

D-6.1200 wont connect to Samsung Galaxy S10 plus after latest update! App opens I scan for bluetooth device and it says 0 found select option A B C. Before latest update app worked somewhat but changes made would only save sporadically. App has potential but definitely needs work! Update had to update firmware on amp app is now working again! Wierd thing is firmware for amp and app say March 26,2020 but I received my amp and app on April 6 2020 not sure why I didnt have latest version.
