First the original app is shut down that took time to learn to navigate and no notification the new app is here. You could at least use the app to locate vehicles on the lot at each location with old app now it doesn't, what's the point to upgrading when it doesn't work. Some changes we see are enhanced but let's get it together and some of the updated CR are a joke. Let do better Cox Industries/Manheim.

This app it's nothing but JUNK. it refreshed constantly kicking you out forcing you to log back in. Slow and clunky. A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME. with all the money this company makes in fees and can't have a decent app ????? IAAI AND COPART ARE YEARS AHEAD OF MANHEIM

Horrible, never works properly and when it does it refreshes so often out of no where that it takes 5 times the time it too to look up data than the previous app which was flawless. Don't fix what isn't broken!
