It's an interactive musical box for babies and little children.

Watch your baby fall asleep while Mr. Shleepy is floating through space, playing his soothing wind-up style children's songs.

Also very nice when you're pregnant! Just hold Mr. Shleepy near your belly and let your baby enjoy the relaxing music.
