I subscribed for 1year by logging into website using my mobile number. Now when I download the app there is no way to login using mobile number. now tell me how to use my subscription? This is one big bug in the app and there is no proper customer care email address in the add to send an email.

I've had the same issue as the others . I've paid for the digital and print today yet the app doesn't allow me to read any of the prints saying I'll have to pay for it . Will this issue be resolved at the earliest ?

Can't use subscription account. And for all the same redundant complaints that you can read in these review section, you could easily see that they ask to elaborate on the same. I have no idea what to elaborate further. Team, try to ask your engineers to look into it.

I bought Caravan's subscription and can't use it on the app. The response I got from the support team is that I made the purchase directly, it doesn't make any sense. Which magazine doesn't have an app nowadays.
