Update: After 4+ hours on the phone and numerous promises to have tech contact me (over a month ago and never heard from them) I finally found out that this app is obsolete- the new system Nat Geo converted to has no app for android for kids, but their front line CSRs have never been told. I have never been able to use the app because instead of opening the magazine it tells me to check my internet connection. This happens no matter what device or location I am in. I subscribed in July and have never used it and National Geographic can't fix it. I can access settings and FAQ and everything else on the menu except the actual magazine. I have spent over 3hours on phone calls and have been repeatedly promised an email from the tech department within 48hours. It has been weeks with no response and every phone call I am told the same thing. They don't even know how to set up the app for android customers. Unfortunately I told the child about it before I discovered it didn't work.

I hate it does not work. Everytime it gets done loading it says please check your internet. And I also can't see full screen when I come on the game. Fix it please.
