I pay for 3 months and i cant download any books? I want refund

This latest version still not fix the cannot download book issue, I can only read online with internet access. I emailed their support after they ask for my UDID and no more follow up. This issue been a month already and I paid a year subscription, wonder if they will extend my subscription for my lost. Suggest not to subscribe until they fix the problem, it is now useless when you cannot download books, and support don't seems to be helpful on responding their customers.
