The app is perfect and convenient on the phone. But like the desktop version, it'd be nice to incorporate a notepad to jot key/confusing ideas. That notepad feature is one of the reasons I'm attracted to MaGoosh's test prep. The notes are in a convenient location next to their relevant videos. Other than this, I completely recommend the app to anyone who's using MaGoosh for the MCAT.

I've been using the app for about 2 weeks so I'm still in the beta testing phase. With that being said, I am well pleased with this app. Although it is not as extensive as I was looking for, it is great for reviewing or just familiarizing yourself with the terms. It is nice to get a feel for the terms you might see on the MCAT. I appreciate how the terms are categorized by subjects such as Biology, OG Chemistry, etc.

I would like there to be many more definitions. However, this is an excellent study tool and it's helped me tremendously.

I like the format and the use of the mastery system. The definitions are accurate and similar to some of the MCAT versions. I just wish there were more questions.

This is great. My only suggestion is to add more flash cards and maybe post links for further study of subjects.

MCAT Practice that is Research-based
=====
This MCAT practice app includes MCAT flashcards that follow an algorithm based on the Spaced Repetition Technique. The Spaced Repetition Technique comes from academic research, which shows that memories are formed by repeated exposure to new information at different intervals. When you practice with these MCAT flashcards, you’ll notice that flashcards are tagged as "mastered", "reviewing" or "learning". Cards that you are "learning" will appear most frequently, until you master them, and then they will appear less frequently so that you can continue to review the MCAT flashcards and keep them fresh in your mind until test day.
