Really great to have on my phone!!! But it is really confusing to get it initially someone else posted the proper way to log in that's the only way I got it to work. You have to go to your school portal and create an account with virtual learning or something like that then you can log in here. Again I think someone else in the comments explained it better but if your having trouble logging in its probably for this reason.

I tried using this app, but I am not able to find the code. I logged in through your website few months ago for ebook, but now it reflected that I am not allowed to use one of the ebook. If possible, change the 21 digit redeem code. Because in Macmillan textbooks, only 12 digit codes are there. Also a 12 digit code is printed in the Macmillan Grammar book for class 7 (Joy of English Grammar). I need English Castle Reader class 7 too. I tried logging in to your website after logging out.

It works, for all those who are having trouble. Go to chrome or any web browser. Do it through your school and go to your launchpad. Once your on the official website, go to help and hit download offline. Create your account. Once done, then go though the actual app and I promise it'll work. If you hit the help option it'll direct you to a page where you can create your account then download the app (this is the actual app) if your using mobile, tablet, PC. Hope this helps! :)

For all the reviewers who couldnt figure this out. Go to your launchpad on a browser, click the drop down button, click "download ebook" it takes you to vital source, which creates another account, which you then use effortlessly on this app to access the ebook from your course on the go... WOW... its like it makes sense.. I hope this helps... I know its hard to read directions sometimes... and at a college level no less. ๐Ÿ˜‚

I was having issues with it when I got the app. When you download it, it's going to ask you to sign in. If your instructor is using Macmillan Achieve, you'll first go to your canvas account (or the online grade system your school uses) & access Macmillan Achieve. Then click your account and select that you want to read it in the Vital Source bookshelf. Create an account. Afterwards go back to the Learning e-book app and sign in. I spent two hours and almost cried trying to figure this out.
