Worst Support Ever the app will not allow a login to my system because the app for android will not allow you to put in a user name or password in the setup. My iPhone app works fine, droid will not work. sent data to support, received a quick response that they needed more info, sent that info. So far there has been no response to the supplied requested info. I have sent 2 additional requests to respond and nothing yet.

confusing. wants me to add another app which looks like I'd need another piece of hardware??!!! Trying to login and set-up is cumbersome! Doesn't have to be this difficult.
