A 'New Look' for the sake of it has completely backfired in this instance. I can't log in to the app with details I know are correct. The moving images in the background are a sensory nightmare ans make it difficult to navigate the content. As others have pointed it out, it's just generally more difficult to navigate the website. The 'filter' section should be in alphabetical order to make it easier to select your category. The previous look was clean and intuitive, please give it back.

Terrible update that now has no menu. Now you have the entire 300+ item product catalogue and just have to filter out what you want to look at. Filter list isn't grouped or alphabetised so if you want to look at all things shower for example to you need to go on a hunt. Can't sort by fragrance type and there's no real reference to what anything smells like. Text formatting on product pages is poor with copy pasted reviews in leui of actual copy all smushed together and hard to read.

The update made the app layout really beautiful, sleek and easy to navigate but I can not login it told me my information was wrong or it no longer worked because it was an old account that doesn't exist. So I tried to login on the website through Chrome and it worked instantly. Still the app layout is nice

Awful, used to be ok. Needed updating but it was fine. Unusable now, wiped all our accounts and gives me a headache. Impossible to use for browsing only if you know exactly what you want.

New update is horrible all the boxes are to big can't navigate. Keeps crashing and just generally horrible to look at. Will be removing sadly as just can't use the new version.

Worst update ever. I was thrilled that the german app was finally back but now I'm stuck. There is no way to change the country nor to check my previous orders.
