Your service is terrible and app is very unstable. It requires reregistering everytime one wants to recharge. The history detailing past recharges is no longer available on the app. One cannot view the balance on the smart meter. Worst of all, recharges done via this app no longer reflects on the smart meter. This is daylight robbery and this app and the service provider need to be decommissioned and investigated. The app is rated zero star as you don't even deserve one star. Nonsense.

This is the most fraudulent service provider you can ever interact with , there is no transparency to billing, charges are initiated at the whim of the company. Please do not waste your time

The current system is very clumsy. Why should one have to register the same meter every time you want to recharge? The better option would have been to allow for someone to create a profile on the app for the meter and then recharge subsequently.

The app is unstable and its loading other meters' data randomly. I have been registered 3 times all in vain as my registration keeps being replaced with random data.
