Our passion for protecting peoples’ lives led us to creating 24 Response, a service where we provide safety and assistance for everyone and not limited to the few who can afford a dedicated response system. With our dedicated response system in Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, Bangalore and now in Mumbai, we are increasing our safety net across India. At a simple press of a button, you get access to emergency services when in need.

HelpMe Button– 24 X 7 Response to any distress situation

Download the 24 Response Mobile App. In any emergency situations, just activate the HelpMe button in our app and get Immediate Response. Our Mobile App automatically identifies your location and connects you within seconds to our Response Centre, while simultaneously sending out an alert with your location coordinates to the nearest field responder. Our response center will also coordinate with any third party assistance depending on the emergency.


SafeMe Button– On Demand, Live Monitoring during Travel

Our unique SafeMe Service is especially useful when traveling. To ensure your Safety, simply activate the SafeMe button in the 24 Response app. In seconds, you will receive a call from our Response Centre, who will take the necessary details from you and start monitoring your journey with your permission. You can upload the picture of the license plate of the vehicle you are traveling in also. During your journey, we will periodically call you to check on your safety. We also alert your emergency contact and/or family, as well as, coordinate with the requisite government authorities.

SafeWalk

“A Feature to make every walk safe”. This is especially useful when an individual is walking alone. You just have to press and hold the SafeMe Button throughout your walk, In case of emergency situation release the SafeMe button. In Countdown of 5 4 3 2 1 0, our team will be with you on call and assist you accordingly.

WhatsApp

Sometimes it not possible to call in an emergency that is where you can access the WhatsApp feature of the app. To access, all you need to do is press the menu button on the app and you will find the WhatsApp feature. The 24 Response Team will assist you accordingly.

Offline Mode

Now you can send a HelpMe alert to 24 Response in an emergency when mobile data is not available or low internet connectivity via Text Message. *SMS charges may apply.

Note: The offline feature will work only with the user’s registered number.
