piss poor design of an app where you can't do anything when there is a bill owed. can't update injections after getting billing resolved and can't access anything relevant while ongoing issues haven't been worked out. major pain in the gluteus maximus. could be better and more efficient if there was a web portal to do and log injections other than the app as well. please don't expect ALL people to use only Apple product. some of us despise Apple,.

Lab records compared to the physical copy had many discrepancies. Not able to track orders. The idea of documentation of shots is ridiculous.

The app is straightforward but has a lot of bugs. The log in process is so slow that it can't keep up with normal typing speed and counts the password is wrong unless you type each letter and wait for it to catch up for passwords. It is no longer showing me my order history and did not tell me that I needed live work so my refills delayed.

App loses track of injections and will change injection date. I have missed numerous shots due to app messing up notifying more shots need to be ordered. In February, app next shot date jumped 12 days for no reason.

You must enter information on the exact day. It doesn't register if you take a shot today, but do not log into the app until 2 days from now.

Very buggy. Makes random date of when I need shot/does record some shots taken. Makes very hard to use to know when to take another. Also still have to drive an hour away despite going through the initial monitoring phase and signing up for the mail service over 3 months ago
