Can't log in or access any of the real features of the app because it demands I scan some QR code. I'm on a new phone and I've long since discarded the box, hell I don't even remember a QR code in the first place. It doesn't matter if the app is great if I have no way to access it. - edit - apparently the QR is in the browser extension, which I have never used. Would be nice to be informed of that WITHIN THE APP THANKS. You get one extra star and mby a third if it's great when I use it.

Started having issues with the app and connecting to the lovense browser. Have sent messages to support but no response after weeks. With this finicky of an app and browser the least they could do is respond to troubleshooting messages.

In the beginning it was working just fine... now I can't do anything with my lush on this app... no longer have the code ... the box is gone. Only reson i got this was for my bf. Paid way to much for a simple v.

Can not connect toy to this app because of no qr code. Really angry I cant even use it to for what I wanted. Would not reccomend. False advertising

What QR code? Both on box don't work. Won't let me connect to Bluetooth keeps saying an app is needed. But app is downloaded??? And lush is added?? Too expensive for this.
