Using BlueStacks

LOVE this app very much. I have some issues with this app. 1. After playing some of the songs, it suddenly stop playing by itself and most of the time I have to close the app so that I will be able to continue listening to the songs. 2. Now, I can't login or make a new account to access this app. Please help because I want to continue to use this app.
