App is so much worse than the first one. It hangs or runs very slow. I am using a quite new phone with 8 core and 4gb ram and the first app was working fine. No English language. No way to see your trips like the old app. If you make these changes I will change my rating. App seems to be working better now but still no English or ability to view your old trips.

I've used the scooters for a few weeks whilst on holiday and unfortunately found the scooters irritating on a few occasions. The scooters are very hit and miss on how well mainted they are; I've come across some that dont want to run despite having 20 to 40 km battery range and scooters that have badly maintained tyres making them an uncomfortable ride. When switching between scooters it charges 3 points which soon adds up. Please add a feature to get points back from short rides in this case.

The app and service work well. There is a bit of room for improvement when it comes to the content within the app (e.g. clearer descriptions of payment options). Revolut cards aren't accepted.

This app is sneaky, it will automatically reniew the one day credit, so make sure you go in settings to cancel the automatic subscription!!! If you have the choice, it's better to use another scooter rental that offers pay as you go.

The app hangs. And was not able to tell ne why I couldn't ride (apparently insufficient funds). And the first scooter I tried was not running, and I didn't find any way to comment on that and get my money back.

App itself is good, but it uses SCAM marketing techniques! You cannot join until you tick automatic subscription,which you obviously easily forget about and as a tourist in the country you notice that money are bleeding from your account after several days when the transaction is accepted by your bank.
