[Note: if you want Amazon Elexa to work you must also install the "Amazon Alexa" app. from the google play store in addition to the "ZeroTouch" app] The reviews about Alexa not working is folks that didn't do so... It works very well for me!!! If you want a simple hands free device for you Android phone this is a great device. Very easy setup even if you are not overly tech-savy. It walks you though each and every step (with pictures). Plus if you are an Amazon Elexa fan... it seamlessly integrates with the Alexa app. Features. (Alexa use is optional-the main features like Calls, Messages, Email, and Navigation directions do not need/use Alexa).

It worked 2 nights ago when I was researching the device zero touch air vent. Looked great, all worked in videos on you tube so bought one. Now app won't load any further when you select set up. Just a white screen. All be it the magnet mount is strong so for £7 it's a good phone mount on its own need app to work for Alexa and hands free though

Purchased from amazon, will be returning to amazon. Software is chronic, setup thinks I hagh five it twice then on third setup does a retry then thinks I still high five it, then asks to send a text after the beep at the end of that sentence there is no beep and an immediate call to retry. So I can't even use it as the setup doesn't even work. Running a Huawei P20 with android 8.1.

This is a fantastic app when it works. Several times it says the mount is undocked and it always says app has stopped working. Reboot and it works for a time but always have to uninstall and reinstall. If these can be solved it would be one of the best apps around. Update 5.6.18 - am not using the WhatsApp or email function and it is working perfectly now.

Buggy. It can play Amazon music with alexa, but it doesn't send the track info to your car, and you can't use your car controls to move to different tracks. Sometimes it stops playing music after you get a notification. If you start waze, either manually or through this app, then you can't talk to ZeroTouch until you reboot your phone. The mount plate has to be placed at the bottom of Qi charge phones, leaving the phone unstable on the mount. It can read and respond to text messages, but there are a lot of apps for that. Neat idea, but app definitely still needs work.

Support ticket logged around 3 weeks ago, no resolve. I have since bought another phone (Huawei P10) and after 3/4 minutes of audio playback with Alexa Music, the sounds jutters over Bluetooth. Connected my device directly to my car and streamed audio flawlessly. This product was clearly not ready for market and I am disappointed with both the hardware, and lack of support since.
