UPDATE: I can't believe this app doesn't show the activity customizations I spent so much time developing. The app should mirror the remote, right? Help us out Harmony Team... You can totally do it! I agree with others - great hardware product but the app is not usable. Frequent disconnects from the hub and it doesn't reflect the customizations and buttons designed for the hardware remote. Harmony is the market leader so it's very disappointing they haven't invested wisely in this app.

Simply does not function. On Android, attempting to edit an activity results in an E1400 error. Tried with two different Android phones. With different activities. Resetting the app, phone, etc. However, it does work on iOS. This is a glaring issue with the Android version - the app is clunky, outdated and difficult to use as-is, but this is abominable. Fix this.

Come on! This app is buggy as hell. After programming it all up and even syncing it. It'll literally be wiped or some random thing for no reason. Good batteries in remote etc. This happen on BOTH my devices so it's not.on my end. Logitech used to mean quality. Now it's being left in the dust. HORRIBLE tech support and the return policy (requesting video clips of a left click not working) is absurd. Never again...no more money from me. if you're using a beta OS, DONOT BOTHER complaining. Duh!

This app appears to NOT work with Android 11. Or I should say it does in the beginning but now it will NOT let me edit my activities. It does work on my older Android tablet that runs android 6.0 I believe. Edit: I fixed my issue with the app by factory resetting my phone and starting over so I bumped up the stars to 3. Obviously there's still an issue why it blocked my phone from the servers but when it works it's a good app. Just a tad slow at times.

Worked ok until the update but now cannot do anything through my phone without an error. Deleted my hub in the app and now cannot even reconnect to the hub automatically or by typing the obvious ip address it has. Quit fixing things that arent broken. Also before you ask I did remove the app restart and reinstall and also reset my hub and remote.

No longer let's you edit or make changes in the app. Constantly crashes and errors out. Everything has to be done on a desktop.... probably until they also stop supporting that application. Harmony used to be the top of the pile, now it's trash. Such a shame
