My favorite Indian restaurant decided to default to LoDel when ordering from their site. As such, I installed the app on my phone to track the order, much like I do for other delivery services. Unlike other delivery services I've used, LoDel didn't show where the driver was once he acknowledged the order. Over 30 minutes later, I get a text saying the driver is at the restaurant and the app notes this as well. Two minutes later, I get a text saying the driver is on the way to my house. However, the app implies that the driver has already delivered the food. And when I left the map to see what other restaurants used this service, I could not return to the map because it thought I already had my food. -_- The food was eventually delivered, but the app was pretty worthless.

Tried Lodel for the first time since they're supposed to be local. Terrible experience. Food never showed up, zero communication. They did answer the phone, then said the order hadn't gone through to the restaurant and tried saying it wasn't their fault (we placed the order through them), so the driver left to do another delivery and would go back to get our food. Took a while longer to get an estimate. It was going to be another 45 minutes, which would be almost 2 hours late. Uninstall

Very long irritating registration process .hiring people are different .verification people are different , app people are different .if you start registeration they will ask you so many things .my registeration process took over two months .i paid $18 for it also but still some steps required to complete the registeration .i quit .

The app keeps closing when trying to place an order. I would have added more to my last order but it wouldn't let me

Hard to navigate app. Payments system fails often with cards that work fine everywhere else. Terrible "help" with tech and order issues.

Drivers are professional and friendly, but the app does not seem to communicate delivery instructions to them. My home is set up where we cannot hear a knock or doorbell, so for my delivery, it is important for them to call me. I've explained this to the operator that will finally call when the driver does not contact me, but this issue does not appear to be resolved.
