I wish I could give 0 stars. This app is useless. I login with my credentials and no matter which channel I choose (even local channels), and it says that it's not included as part of my package. The old app worked just fine. I called customer service and they said the app it's not compatible with my phone (Samsung Galaxy S10e, with android 10), although the app store says it works with android 4.0 and above.

Edit: Great, now they broke the old app's login, spitting their user base instead of fixing things. --- I can barely watch anything while the old app lets me watch just fine. The old app just displays the channels I pay for unlike this app. At least the old app, while having a non-intuitive interface was still fast but this one is slow and I even had to force close it after logging in because it insisted that I didn't log in when I actually did. Horrible app.

The first application was much better. Now with this update NO DEVICE with Microsoft Store CANNOT be installed. This is unfortunate, because I had better access. Another thing if one tries to access the webpage, the upload is sooooo slow when one chooses a channel to watch.

It has gone from great to useless. Only a few channels are available and no local ones are listed as part of the package. The other app was a 100 times better. I can only hope for soon fix. Horrible experience!

Update Jan2 2021. Remove the app from your cellphone then install it again. Working now... -‐‐------------------ Not working after Dic 2020 update. It keeps showing the message to update the app to the latest version. If you try to use the computer online version is not working as well.

The first application was much better, they are listing content that I cannot see on my device, if there are restrictions do not put it because it is frustrating. Not recommended.
