Three phone calls, downloading the AXS app as well and at least an hour of trying and the tickets would not load into either apps. So, last night, I had to go early, join the long queue at the box office at the venue to get a printed ticket. This system is shameful and its on you to sort it out. How have you managed to create a booking system that puts me off ever attending your venue again? Congrats.

Can't login, I am typing out everything correctly but it says incorrect email or password but I am certain of what it is

Doesn't work. Missed a concert because of it. Tickets never loaded properly, just got stuck saying they would load in a few hours. I won't ever use this app again, or book a concert at Wembley arena until they use email or paper tickets. Can't believe how terrible this is.

Rubbish. Doesn't work. AXS tickets bought but don't show up in app. Surely, surely there must be someone out there responsible for this mess of an app? If it's you, shame on you, you don't know what you're doing. Don't offer a service if it isn't tested properly. And listen to customer feedback.

Pathetic application. Whenever I want to zoom in to select the seats, it refreshes the screen and takes back to Book Tickets screen. Haven't had such a terrible user experience with any app earlier.

Would be good if it worked, cant get past the login screen! Bad request every time? need to fix this apparent fault with it then may be worthwhile using it
