can't get my tickets in the app?? the tickets are supposed to be e-tickets. the AXS site says they will be available soon but the app says it doesn't support e-tickets. all the other areas don't work. I hope this is fixed before the festival, we need it for the tickets and the VIP section. Really disappointing!

Quite impressive how an app, intended to be used only for a short time can drive me to a 1 star review. Have to login every time, shoves notifications (often really, really pointless) down your throat and then finally, without good internet access it's useless (i.e at the festival when you want to view the map or lineup and the networks are jammed); offline anyone?

Got an email today RE: downloading this app for set times. There is one listed. Not really useful as would have figured out the headliner would be on the main stage. Too many links go to a webpage instead of in-app. It feels like a sales tool to sell merchandise.

this app is so bad that i wonder if it was designed that way so they can sell more programmes. it has to download the schedule most times you open it, which doesn't work when the network is overloaded at the end of an act. i doubt they even tested it on Android

I understand this app is for a very specific period of time and purpose, but it keeps signing me out every time I use it, sometimes multiple times, and does not remember any of my favourite / saved artists on the lineup page. A bit annoying.

Doesnt keep me logged in and doesn't save my line-up. I favourite the acts I want to see and when I reopen the app, I have to log in again and my favourites list is empty. Very frustrating.
