0/5 The app keeps logging me out time after time, even if I press "remember me" option. Each time I'm at the concert, I open the app and voilà - I need to log in again. The service is usually pretty bad at the venues, so it's a real struggle to make the app work. Would gladly use the website, since the app is no use, but sadly you need the app in order to present the ticket.

Figured it would be a good way to order tickets, it's definitely not and I would not rely on this for that if I were you, go through the phone browser if you have to. Went to order tickets for a show, presale opened at 10, got in line and everything was cool. Got to select tickets which wasn't exactly easy but got it done. Then it went to payment... it was stuck in a load cycle for about an hour, lost the tickets, tried again and same thing. Don't make my mistake, don't use this app to buy.

Bloated app that works slowly and rarely opens without an error. I have zero issues with connectivity, but regardless if I have full bars on 4G LTE or full bars for Wi-Fi, I receive the same message: please check your network settings and try again, error: NaN, 8a. How can I attend a concert if the tickets are only accessible via the app? This has been an issue for several months now.

App keeps crashing and is completely unreliable. I've been getting the connectivity issue message, also, but even after resetting, clearing the cache, deleting and redownloading it about 8 times, it is still NOT working. We can't buy tickets if we can't get it to work. This is very disappointing. For an app that used to work so well, now it sucks!!!

This app is completely unusable for me. I downloaded it and it says "Connectivity Issue" and to close the app and re-start it. I am using Wifi and have zero problems with any other app/site! (I also turned on mobile data and still am having the same issue). I deleted the app and re-installed it. "Connectivity Issue" once again. So, I have a concert in less than a month, they ONLY let you use a smart device for tickets, yet their app is complete garbage. This might be acceptable if it were 1999, and not 2019. This will impact my desire to ever buy tickets from a Live Nation concert again, when they force us to use an app that is complete rubbish. Live Nation should be embarrassed. If I don't get into that concert because I can't use your piece of trash app to get my tickets, you will hear next from my lawyer.

Doesn't work with my phone. I have a Pixel 2 running Android Pie. Android updated about a week before I downloaded the app. The app gives me a "network connectivity" error and won't connect. Luckily my wife has an iPhone and we were able to use the app on her phone to get into the concert. Really need the ability to print paper tickets as a backup.
