This app design is horrible. UI does not respond to context, does not function in portrait orientation because it will never close the tray. Barely serviceable in landscape, again because the UI does not change context from search and select trays. Cancellation inbound as clearly the owners of this software do not test, nor care about how it functions. Buyer beware.

Other than the high price just to sign up for the app, I myself have had no problems using this app. Although it is kinda annoying that the videos are always broken up into sections instead of just showing the whole game. With that problem the first part of some games are just missing! Other than all that, good app, that is if you can get it working according to other reviews.

We have used the website for a few years, and it usually works well. The app works as well, but it is a shame that it doesn't work with Chromecast.

Signed up for a membership to view a game I scored goals in. The game needed a privacy code to access the game. I was unaware about this. I tried getting a code from the ice rink and league director who won't share the code. I tried to contact livebarn support for a refund. They said in their fine print that I couldn't have one and I should have contacted the rink first for the code before signing up for a membership. Sounds kinda fishy to me to know all that before buying a membership.

Works on phone but not on tablet I can watch on my phone but I wanted my son to be able to watch on his tablet and all we get after logging in is a blank screen.

Had forgotten why I deleted the app the first time around. Stuck in a loop of updating my payment method. I entered my CC info online but the app apparently doesn't see the updated info. Then, when I'm online, it tells me to use the app to stream. Terrible set up and service.
