Cannot find my daughter inside, but my son is in the app. When we told the PCF at Towner road, they told us to contact little lives direct. They did the update quickly and I can see my girl in the app now. But I find the app feedback form too small on my phone and I cannot see the whole message. I wanted to do 2 simple things but hard to find the info. 1) check what class my girl is on. N2A or N2C 2) email the school, but the sender turn off reply.

I have been having problems using the app for almost half a year. I can still receive emails from the school. Whenever I click on the inbox, the app just crashed.
