Such a smooth system! Very well implemented and a joy to use once you get it set up and get the hang of it! It strikes the perfect balance of structure and flexibility. If you're looking for a character creator that will prevent you from making decisions you're not allowed to make per the rules, this tool is not for you. I have tried a few tools that go that route though and found that I encountered a pretty big limitation somewhere along the way. The configurability FC5e gives is so key for me!

Great app but has a few things that could be better. Recognizing and adding starting equipment would be nice, selecting and adding spells could be improved as it's hard to read descriptions while adding, and searching by name makes it difficult to add. Also adding class features and feats after character is created could be easier by picking from the compendium rather than adding custom entries.

Used to be a great app but the dev has abandoned it. I had to restore my Chromebook to factory settings and the app wouldn't recognise that I've paid for premium before (it used to, when I installed on phone and tablets in the past). Emailed the Dev but no response. I'm not throwing more money at a dead app.

Has all the content a character sheet needs, including resource tracking, excellent equipment, inventory, and spell systems; and notes to write character features.. It has aesthetically pleasing colors and interface, great user experience through being incredibly intuitive and having all screen elements placed and functioning exactly as you expect them to be. On top of that, it also works as a dice roller and it's incredibly customizable, even being able to import and export both D&D content and your characters through XMLs for backups or changing devices, and a community that has prepared import packages to have all official D&D content ever made inside the App with a little effort. All in all: Arguably the best character sheet available for your smartphone, and if you're willing to deal with the slightly more complicated XML stuff to import community-made D&D content packets, there's just no better App than this one.

Very good character builder/sheet app with some reference pages. Only a few things would make this perfect: the ability to toggle on/off the various source books and starting equipment. It's possible to get by without these but the alternative is a lot if manual fiddling.

Normally, I absolutely love this app. Recently however, if you make updates to the compendium, it completely wipes out all of your data. Hours upon hours of work is just gone. Edit: I had hoped the recent update would have fixed the random crashing and deletion of data when making edits. Unfortunately, it still seems to crash when editing or creating equipment.
