The content is fantastic: wonderful way to get acquainted with the language. Technically, the Android app has problems. For instance, it is possible to increase the font, but not to go back. Downloading the episodes can take forever (or fail altogether...). Finally, the Android version does not offer the switch between "slow" and "normal" speed Spanish. Please improve ASAP!!!

This is a hard review to write because the service is so good and the app is SO bad. It'd be totally worth the cost if it worked, but it's too expensive for something so buggy. Even if the episode is downloaded, it'll pause for 30ish seconds between segments of the same episode. It won't always load the next segment. It won't autoplay between segments, making it useless for listening in the car. It crashes all the time. It doesn't show you what you have and haven't listened to so it's hard to find your place after a crash. There's no way to fast forward to the middle of an segment so if it crashes, you either need to re-listen to a bunch or just skip the segment. Even though I've paid, sometimes it locks me out of the premium content. If they fix the bugs, I'll definitely renew. If they don't, I definitely won't.

have been an enthusiastic subscriber for years. cancelled my subscription in jan.2019 for the same reason as most of your dissatisfied users. contacted the producers, pleasant exchange, communicated my needs (to listen to the ENTIRE session without pauses or intervention at the end of each section -- whether cached or streaming). they never let on that they were aware of any bugs. when i asked for an email when the bugs get removed, their 'tone' turned RUDE. last update nov.2018. still waiting.

The content is great but the app is pretty bad. I've paid for the subscription and I'd love to listen to this in my car but the app simply doesn't have the features. You can't autoplay episodes and the UI is clunky and barely functional.

After paying over $100 to buy more content, will you find out that you can not access additional content without paying for more and more upgrades, lame!

The free content is a bit hidden but it's there and it's great and huge
