On the plus side - Its free, but I find it a very one-sided app. I am obliged to use it because the school my child attends uses it. I wish I could delete past history. I also would prefer it if I were to only receive relevant information. There must be a better form of communication between the school, the app and parents/ students. I keep encountering difficulties and the school blames the app and the app blames the school, and after more than a year, I remain highly frustrated!

I downloaded the app and on the welcome screen there is an option to skip all what the app offers. I keep on pressing the skip button and on the last skip,I'm only brought right to the beginning. It's an endless cycle which is irritating and frustrating. I deactivated the app and installed it again and the same thing keeps happening. Whats going on?????

I am experiencing great difficulty with this app. It keeps kicking me out of the app when I click on student info and try select one of my children to see their homework. Then the app closes with an error message. I have to keep uninstalling and reinstalling the app to get the information I need, only to have the same problem shortly after again. Please could the app designers look into this as it is extremely frustrating.

I've downloaded the app and notice that my homepage is different from other users. My homepage seems to be missing a few of the latest notifications..its not displaying all the notifications sent out, like the latest homework etc. I've tried all the options on the menu eg. 'Resources', 'More' etc but the notifications are not there either.

I get notifications on my phone for 1 school. The other school does not seem to come through on notifications. I have checked my phone settings and it is all correct. Please advise. I have to physicly go in to the app to see the information for the 1 school. The other school notifications cones through.

I have used D6 for a long time without any problems. Had to factory reset my phone, so then I had to download all my apps again. I cant get past where it ask for cellphone number. Kicks me out and says connect stoped working. Already uninstalled and installed it. Keeps doing it. School is about to start and they only communicate through D6. Please help.
