I downloaded this app because my college course provided the e-book in this format. Since I cannot log in, the app is worthless and I have lost all convenience one should have when using an e-book. This appears to be an ongoing issue since at least May. What is taking 5 months to fix?

It crashes on my Samsung devices S8 & Galaxy Tab A when you try to use the functions. (i.e.you touch to highlight to make note & the site crashes & goes back to your library). I need this book for an 8 week Bible study. Nook doesnt have the book on ereader. Please fix this issue if you can. I have contacted Lifeway as well. Thanks.

Very disappointed. Bought my ebooks from the website hoping they would look like the samples given online (basically digital versions of the hard copy) but no luck. Formatting was incredibly weird both in app and on website. Was expecting something more like a pdf. Hopefully I can return them tomorrow and buy the physical/useable versions

I bought a bible study book online and got a free e-book copy. I'm however not able to use it because I can't log in. I've contacted them and they said that there is a known problem with android phones that they have been trying to fix. It shouldn't be on the Google store if it doesn't work.

Unable to download my book from LifeWay. Doesn't work with Android. Update: I have been asking LifeWay for help for over four months. They keep telling me they are working on it but nothing has been done. Don't waste your time or money on ordering books through this app

I am again disappointed. I originally was using this app on my ipad and have had problems. I had read that it did not work well with ios. when i had to get an android tablet for work I thought ok now I can use lifeway for my bible study. Again I am having problems. Everytime I try to enter notations the app stops working and I have to restart the app.
